Limited to 15 copies, release okayed by the band. The entire booklet from the LP version is instead printed on individual postcard sized card-stock sheets. Comes in an A5 DVD case. On the back it states "Copyright 2002" and the CD says "2002 Resistance Records LLC" despite this version not being released in 2002.
